My son Ramón was in the hospital for a scheduled kidney surgery. We won’t know for a few weeks if the surgery was successful, but he handled the situation like a champ, and was discharged yesterday. Best of all, he’s eating like a horse—always a good sign after any major surgery.

Of course you will delude yourself into thinking it's because of some 'conspiracy' to 'suppress' you, while failing to own up to the fact that it is really because you suck as a content creator and because you're a terrible person who appeals to the lowest common denominator (the lowest wrung of society who subscribe to your channel).
